10 crews participated over 2 races. The weather conditions prevented going around Scotland Island but we all happily paddled in Pittwater going around a 2km course four times. Winners were DSA (Yellow) coming in at 45 minutes and 18 seconds, followed by Komodo at 45.48 and a combined Nowra/Pittwater team came in third place at 46.22.
The Bei Loon Dragon Boat Club is seeking more paddlers of ALL
adult ages to join us on the beautiful Pittwater. Dragon Boating is a lo-impact, safe sport with up to 20 paddlers in each boat. We train hard, race hard and have a lot of fun doing it.
Summer Training options: Saturday 6.45 am | Sunday 7.45am | Tuesday & Thurs 6 pm.
