Help - Manage ERG/OC1 Booking

Overview: Our booking system is provided by RevSport via our club website, but it is also possible to manage bookings via TeamApp. The approach used to CANCEL a booking is slightly different to that used to initially make it, and may not be immediately obvious to some users.

Steps for Booking Cancellation

  IMPORTANT   Commence at Step 1A or 1B depending on your preferred access method (ie TeamApp or Web browser).

Step 1 A - Team App method

Open TeamApp on your SmartPhone or Tablet, then select "Book an ERG or OC1".

Select the three horizontal lines ('hamburger' icon) near the top left of screen, then select "Account"

OR

Step 1 B - Browser method

Using you devices browser (eg Chrome, Safari or Edge) go to our club website and select "Resources" then  "Book ERG/OC1" from the drop down menu.

Step 2 - User Login

If prompted enter your RevSport login details (even if access is via TeamApp). Most devices will remember these details for your future return visits.

Step 3 - View "My account" details

Select the three horizontal lines ('hamburger' icon) near the top left of screen, then select "Account".

Step 4 - View Bookings

Scroll down from "My account" to the Bookings section, then select "My bookings".

Step 5 - View future bookings

Select "Upcoming" at top right.

Step 6 - Cancelling booking

Remove the booking by selecting the corresponding "Cancel", then confirm by selecting "Cancel entire booking".
