To Book:
- Step 1: Please firstly contact Robyn directly on robynandgordon@bigpond.com or 0425 248 720 to book a time. Once the time slot has been agreed with Robyn, then update the date and time (see Step 2) so that others know that the ERG machine is not available then.
- Step 2: Choose a Booking Type of one-off or recurring. After you enter the date and time (24 hour clock) click on Next Step. Enter your name, phone and email address but you don't need to fill out Address or Notes. Then click on Confirm Booking. You will receive a booking confirmation email.

Special/Important Notes on ERG:
- This is a brand new Concept 2 complete with KaHa paddle adaptor. As such it is equiped with the latest PM5 electonic controller to help you manage and record your session details.
- Although data is logged locally within the machine for a period of time, it is highly recommended that paddlers take advantage of the free C2 ErgData app which is easily installed onto your phone from the Apple or Google stores. Simply create an individual account within the app, and when you are near the machine select "Connect to a Performance Monitor (PM5)" and follow the prompts to establish a Bluetooth connection.
- This new machine allows the user to easily adjust the seat position for best performance! Lift the small lever on the underside of the seat (left side), slide backwards or forwards per your preferrence, then push the lever back down. The tension on the rubber loop will then lock the seat at that location.
